The band, affectionately called ‘rfm’ feature a stunning performance of the classic hits of one of rocks best-loved bands, the legendary ‘Fleetwood Mac’.
RFM first came together to play a Mac set in New York for personal friend and record producer Brian Rawlin, the master player behind such great chart hits as Cher’s ‘’Do You Believe', Mike & the Mechanics’ ‘’Now That You're Gone' and ‘Ricky Martin’s’ ‘’Private Emotion’’

The musicians had collectively recorded for Brian on many projects in the early 90’s and have since toured extensively across the world working with many of pop’s major artistes. According to Brian, RFM create a sound that is frighteningly close to that of their heroes, and play the songs that have influenced them throughout their extensive musical careers.

Fleetwood Mac left behind a legacy of blues, rock and pop classics that seem as fresh today as the day on which they were first penned. Rest assured that RFM are big Fleetwood Mac fans and perform the songs with true emotion and heart. In the knowledge that the songs are sacred to their fans, the band have spent many long hours perfecting their performance, totally live, totally Mac!

The concert is performed in two distinctive sets. the first travels back to 1967 and the peter green era, so be prepared for 'need your love so bad’, 'Oh Well', 'Albatross', 'Black Magic Women' and many more of the big classics. The great blues and rock styles of ‘the Mac’ come together beautifully throughout this set with RFM’s Dave Goldberg singing lead vocals and the band holding down the monster ‘mac’ groove. Let the songs help you reminisce and take you back to a special memory, or a time or a place. It’s a set of musical nostalgia featuring songs that hold a special place in the heart of rock’s history.

During the interval listen to the sound track from the series ‘classic albums’ featuring Fleetwood Mac themselves talking about their move to America, the making of the ‘Rumours’ album and the emotional heartache and turmoil that followed throughout that period.

Part two continues the story and features a collection of songs from the ‘Rumours’ (Buckingham / Nicks) era onwards, with RFM’s Amanda Kostadinov and Louise Rogan singing the lead vocals of Christine McVie and Stevie Nicks. This is where the bands harmony comes together to create the classic Mac vocal sound along with the finely crafted driving rhythms and melodies we all know and love so well.

RFM’s Allan Cosgrove plays the thunderous Mick Fleetwood grooves while Ian Robinson plays the monster bass riffs of John McVie. The final piece of the ‘mac’ jigsaw………… the brilliant guitar work of Lindsey Buckingham is blasted out, very tastefully by his biggest fan.….RFM’s Alan Hughes.

Sit back and let ‘rumours of Fleetwood Mac’ bring ‘Fleetwood Mac’ back to life via the ultimate ‘classic hits celebration concert’.

We thank Fleetwood Mac for their songs and inspiration, and extend our best wishes to all ‘FM' fans everywhere………
